In the early 2000’s, singer songwriter Benjamin Henry and guitarist Aaron Thal formed the indie rock band, Instrument. They played the stages of festivals like The Warped Tour and alongside national acts, then parted ways to pursue other endeavors. While Ben established a career in the field of canine behavioral rehabilitation, Aaron sailed some of the most prestigious tall ships on the east coast. And so it went for the pair for nearly fifteen years. until, in the heat and sweat and claustrophobia of a Kentucky music festival crowd, inspiration came calling once again.
