In the early 2000's Ben formed and fronted the indie rock band, Instrument. They played the stages of festivals like The Warped Tour and alongside national acts, while in 2007 being named Best CT Indie Rock Band.
The band ultimately parted ways to pursue other endeavors, Ben spending the next decade focused on rescuing and rehabilitating dogs.
In 2024 music came calling again and Ben began writing for the first time in years. A collision of country and 90's grunge, Ben’s songs are captivating reflections on youth, love, and the human condition.
